This is a weekly class where traditional yoga poses are modified for the safety and comfort of the pregnant woman and her baby.
 
WHY
-enhances strength and confidence in preparation for labour and delivery
-releases tension especially in the lower back and shoulders

-a time for you to exercise without having to put your baby in childcare!
-regaining strength and flexibility
-relieving tension in areas such as neck, shoulders and back
-allow for a quicker recovery after birth                                      

This 12 week program has been designed just for our members at Contours City. we've listened to feedback from previous participants of what's worked and what hasn't worked well. The out come? A new program, that combines personalised information, seminars, group support, and of course exercise!
